“Times when Internet media competed in the rigid categories of “portals” or “thematic sites” no longer exists. Not in the world where as many as 50 million people live who have at least 100 thousand followers or fans on the web. Every day, each of them can show something more interesting than the traditional media. This means that Gazeta.pl is fighting for consumers' attention not only with other portals, but also with content creators, streamers, TikTokers and anyone who speaks about the world in an interesting way. This teaches us humbleness and at the same time raises our bar” says Rafał Madajczak, the new editor-in-chief of Gazeta.pl. “Of course, we will continue our information-oriented mission, but we plan to experiment more and test the format of the medium for new times. Not only because it is interesting, but it is also necessary that we do not become a brand that is just there without a purpose. Gazeta.pl is going to achieve something new!
