The Agora Group develops food service concepts under the Helios brand
Papa Diego offers its guests everything that is tasty and attractive in Mexico - a distinctive and fresh cuisine, full of aromatic herbs and natural spices. Those who are hungry for experience can taste in Papa Diego classic Mexican dishes such as tacos and burritos - also in the form of fashionable burrito bowls, as well as snacks: warm, crunchy nachos with sets of surprising additions and traditional dessert - churros.
The corporate chef of the Papa Diego network is Rafal Sanetas, an experienced manager and chef who worked, among others, at the Hard Rock Cafe restaurant.
Papa Diego attracts guests not only with valuable meals, but also an intriguing atmosphere. The unique climate of Mexico at the Papa Diego premises is created with an original decor - full of warm colors and colorful decorations, harmonizing with the visual identification of the brand.
The first Papa Diego restaurant was opened in Katowice in November, 2018, next locations include Poznan, Gdansk (two restaurants), Wolomin, Katowice (second restaurant), Opole and Pruszkow. In the future, the restaurants are going to be located in shopping centers, but also on the main streets, popular pedestrian streets or places often visited by tourists.
Van Dog is the second brand created by Foodio Concepts from the Helios Group.
Van Dog is a brand for connoisseurs of street food, looking for original and surprising taste experience. The offer of the new fast casual chain is dominated by van dogs in a gourmet version – with sausages made according to the original recipes of local butchers, in a crunchy Van Bun, baked specially for the chain by a family bakery from the Masovia Province, with a lot of unusual additions and original sauces.
The menu includes: Van Mac&Cheese with pasta, cheese sauce, grilled paprika and crispy bacon, Van Tango with Argentinian chimichurri sauce, pomegranate, grilled vegetables and roasted almond seeds, Van Dog with Asian pickles, stewed leek and mango ketchup as well as No-Dog with tofu and colorful Van Carrot with purple, orange and yellow carrots baked with garlic and thyme.
Restaurant guests can also order Van Fries served with various surprising add-ons and choose one of the crazy, colourful freak shakes.
Van Dog’s recipes are inspired by cuisine all over the world, but also traditional Polish flavors and local products.
The first Van Dog restaurant was opened in the Warsaw – in Centrum Praskie Koneser (a joint place with Papa Diego). In the future, the restaurants are going to be located in shopping centers, but also on the main streets, popular pedestrian streets or places often visited by tourists.
Pasibus is a popular chain of eateries serving burgers created by Dawid Bojarojć, Jan Kulisiewicz and Piotr Staszczyński. Pasibus' first food truck appeared on the streets of Wroclaw in 2013 and quickly became an iconic place on the culinary map of the city. Currently, the chain consists of 17 stationary eateries, and in the spring and summer season, 4 food trucks set off, visiting festivals and events throughout the country.
Pasibus is street food in the fast casual edition - food is prepared on the basis of original recipes from the highest quality fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The meat for burgers is ground and seasoned by hand, just like sauces and extras. The menu includes over a dozen unique burgers, Pasi salads, children's kits (Pasi Kids), extras (including French fries and cheese balls) and drinks (including Pasi Lemonade) and alcoholic beverages (including own brand of beer). Every month, a new Burger of the Month (named by the fans of the brand) appears on the menu.
Pasibus has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere referring to the street roots of the brand.
Pasibus restaurants are located in shopping malls, on the main city streets and popular pedestrian streets. The brand is present, among others in Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań, Łódź and Warsaw. The first Pasibus eatery in cooperation with Helios was opened in CH Młociny in Warsaw. It is planned to open approximately 40 premises of this brand.
