31/2023 Conclusion of the agreement transferring ownership of the real estate in Tychy

The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw ("the Company") in relation to the regulatory filing no 25/2023, 26/2023 oraz 27/2023 published on June 14, 2023 informs, that on July 6,2023, in connection with fulfillment of the condition for the sale of real estate located in Tychy at 4 Towarowa Street, for which the District Court in Tychy, 5th Division of Land Registry keeps a land and mortgage register with the number KA1T/00004100/9, consisting of plot No. 975/16 with an area of 27,774 square meters (“Property”), i.e. resignation by the Katowice Special Economic Zone from exercising its pre-emptive right, the Company concluded the agreement transferring ownership of the Property for a price of PLN 19.65 million net.

Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
