As a result of an agreement executed on February 25, 2013 Agora S.A. sold to Edipresse Polska S.A. the right to publish the monthly "Poradnik Domowy" for PLN 11.5 million. On the same day, Agora S.A., on the basis of the executed agreement, acquired from Edipresse Polska S.A. the right to publish monthly "Dom i Wnętrze" for PLN 3.0 million.
"Poradnik Domowy" is the longest published women home magazine. The first edition of the monthly was published in October 1990. Till 2002, "Poradnik Domowy" was published by the company Prószyński and S-ka, and later by Agora S.A.
"Dom i Wnetrze" is an exclusive magazine about interior decoration present on the Polish market for twenty years.
" Acquiring the rights to publish "Dom i Wnetrze" is consistent with Agora's magazine segment strategy to increase its presence in interior decoration and construction segment. This title will let us compete for advertising budgets of the producers of luxurious furniture and articles of interior decoration" - said Cezary Jęksa, deputy director of Agora's magazine segment.
