The anthology of "Budka Suflera" - 1974-2005 is a 20-volume collection of booklets and CDs of "Budka Suflera" - a popular Polish music band. The anthology will be published in a new series "Golden Oldies Collection". The collection will be available in December 2005 together with "Nowy Dzien" - Agora's new national daily.
The first volume of the anthology will be available as a free-of-charge supplement to "Nowy Dzien" on Wednesday, November 30. It will be published in 600 thousand copies. The following volumes will be offered together with "Nowy Dzien" on Wednesdays for PLN 13.90 plus the price of the newspaper. This will be the first collection of "Nowy Dzien".
The anthology will commemorate the 31-st anniversary of "Budka Suflera". The collection presents the history of the band richly illustrated with photo materials, many of which never published. It will also feature interesting behind-the-scenes stories, interviews and opinions on the band by their fellow musicians. Each booklet will contain the lyrics of the songs available on the enclosed CD.
