Execution of an agreement to implement an integrated information technology software ERP class

The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby informs that on 27th of May 2010, the Company executed the agreement to implement an integrated information technology software ERP class ("software") in the Agora Group ("Group").

Before the execution of the agreement the Company reviewed the possibilities of effective utilization of its software resources for the purpose of business processes optimization. As a result of this analysis the Company decided to write - off PLN 7.7 million of the outlays connected with the software licenses. The above mentioned decision will have a one- off negative impact on the Agora Group's financial results for the second quarter of 2010.

Nevertheless, even after the inclusion of the write - off, the implementation of a new software is cheaper in a medium term perspective and better meets Group's operational requirements.

New software will facilitate effective management of the Group's business processes.
