Agora S.A., as a result of taking up shares, became a co-founder of the company Online Technologies HR Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Szczecin ("New Company"). The New Company shall implement, promote and develop an application for e-recruitment. The application enables multi-posting of recruitment advertisements, running a recruitment process online, managing candidates and recruitment processes as well as purchasing unique recruitment packages.
- On September 6, 2012 Agora received a notification that the District Court for the city of Szczecin registered New Company, in which Agora took up 17,65% of shares in the share capital enabling Agora to execute 17,65% of votes during the general meeting of the New Company shareholders. In the next stage of investment, Agora shall take up new shares by means of increase in the share capital in the New Company, with the exclusion of the preferential right for other shareholders. After the registration of the increase in share capital in New Company, Agora shall own 30% of shares. The total value of the transaction i.e. the price paid for shares taken up by Agora and the price to be paid for shares to be taken up after the share capital is increased shall amount to less than PLN 1.0 million and therefore does not fulfill the significance criteria taking into account Agora's share capital - said Mr. Zbigniew Bak, Vice-president of Agora S.A.
- The company Online Technologies HR shall be the owner of the modern solution in the area of online services and systems supporting human resources departments in the companies or companies themselves. The operations are based on online application called Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that can be found at
https://www.iexporter.pl/. We assume further development of the application which will tailor the tool to the needs of clients, in accordance with the adopted sales strategy for this product - comments Iwona Grochowska, the director of Agora Praca.
- Agora's participation in this undertaking shall provide the New Company with the access to a vast number of new clients in the field of recruitment services, possibility to widen the scope of offered services as well as additional sales and marketing competences. On the other hand, we have competence in technology and recognize well the needs of clients in the field of recruitment services. We will place emphasis on constant development of current system functionalities and we plan to further enrich the product with new modules. We are glad that after the transaction we will develop the Company further together with Agora - adds Arkadiusz Kuchto, the President of the Management Board of the company Online Technologies HR.
