A new Helios multiplex cinema opens on Friday, 15 December 2017 in Stalowa Wola. The chain’s newest facility, with four screens and 650 seats, located in Stalowa Wola’s VIVO! shopping centre, is the 44th cinema of Helios, Poland’s largest cinema chain, with 241 screens and over 49 thousand seats in total.
The new Helios cinema in VIVO! shopping centre, Stalowa Wola, is equipped with the latest technology for maximum satisfaction of viewers who seek a unique cinema experience. Each theatre has been fitted with Dolby Digital 5.1 high-class sound system, state-of-the-art Christie 4K projectors and top quality 2D and 3D screens. 3D films shall be displayed in DepthQ, technology and viewers will be able to watch them comfortably through lightweight 3D glasses available in children and adult sizes. While waiting for a screening, viewers can enjoy aromatic coffee in Helios Café, and their cinema experience can be enhanced by snacks and beverages available from the Helios concessions counter.
From the first days, the new Helios cinema in Stalowa Wola will offer viewers the latest domestic and international releases such as The Last Jedi - the next episode of the cult Star Wars saga.
Besides the regular programme viewers will also be offered showings in special cycles such as: Kino Kobiet, Nocne Maratony Filmowe, Kino Konesera or Filmowe Poranki and Kino na Temat. With families in mind, Helios created a family ticket that covers all films suitable for viewers under 13. Guardians with children can buy reduced-price tickets. There are also special admission prices offered under Karta Dużej Rodziny.
Helios also has special offer for their users, such as Budget Tuesdays with very good prices on all Tuesday screenings. Under Kultura Dostępna programme, each Thursday viewers can buy tickets to see the best Polish films for only 10 złotys.
Helios has planned special attractions to celebrate the opening weekend in the new Stalowa Wola cinema, with attractive prizes for visitors who join our competitions, including – as the main prize – an annual pass to the new cinema. There will be Wheel of Fortune and games for children in the hall of the new multiplex: workshops with photo gadgets, face painting and a live mascot.
