    23/2023 Recommendation of the Management Board concerning covering the Company's net loss for 2022

     

    Regulatory filing 

    The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company") hereby informs about adoption on May 29, 2023 of the resolution on recommendation to the General Meeting of Shareholders to cover the net loss for the fiscal year 2022 in the amount of PLN 3,465,077.60 in full from the Company's supplementary capital and no dividend payment from amounts that could be distributed to shareholders. The recommendation of the Company's Management Board received a positive opinion of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

    The final decision on covering the Company’s loss and dividend distribution will be made by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
