19/2018 Agora Group strategy for 2018-2022

Regulatory filing

The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Agora”, “Company”) informs that on June 15, 2018 it passed a resolution on adoption of Agora Group’s Strategy for 2018-2022 (“Strategy”). The Management Board consulted the Strategy with the Supervisory Board.

The development strategy of Agora and its capital group assumes that in 2022 it will achieve:

  • 1.6 billion of revenues,
  • PLN 200 million of EBITDA

The key strategic assumptions include:

  • intensive digitization of the whole operations of the capital group, with focus on development of sales of content in digital subscription model,
  • the development of current largest businesses of the Agora Group,
  • expanding of the activity of selected current businesses with new services or premium offers,
  • initiation of activity in new areas, such as: B2B services for e-commerce, innovative MarTech tools, as well as in entertainment and gastronomy.

 Adopted Strategy assumes growth both by organic development and by acquisitions. Total investment expenditure shall amount to ca. PLN 930 million till 2022. The Company intends to continue its dividend policy of PLN 0.50 per one share.

The strategy of the Agora Group constitutes the attechement to this regulatory filing.  

Legal basis: Article 17, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
