The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that on June 15, 2026, a shareholder of the Company – Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" with its seat in Warsaw represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., representing at least 1/20 of the share capital of the Company (“Shareholder”) filed information concerning intention to submit a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company during the Annual General Meeting convened on June 29, 2026.

In accordance with the information, the Shareholder intends to submit Mr. Jacek Levernes as the candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Jacek Levernes is a senior executive with +25 years of leadership experience working across CEE, Europe and globally. His specialties include business development, shared services, operations and outsourcing, digital transformation, investment growth, as well as strategy and public affairs.

Currently, Mr. Jacek Levernes is a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ICTSI Poland and Non-Executive Director at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

Mr. Jacek Levernes has studied and worked in Norway, Poland, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore and the US.

In the Shareholder’s opinion, the candidate's professional career ensures proper fulfillment of the function of an independent member of the Supervisory Board.

The candidate consented to the candidacy and presented relevant statements.
