08/2021 Appointment of a new member of the Management Board of Agora S.A.

The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") informs that pursuant to the provisions of § 28 section 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Management Board appointed today, by co-opting, Mr. Tomasz Grabowski with effect on June 1, 2021.

In the Management Board of Agora S.A. he will supervise the central Technology department and technology departments responsible for the development of functionalities for Gazeta.pl and Wyborcza.pl as well as the development of technological innovations and the Big Data department.

Mr. Tomasz Grabowski has been consultant in the field of strategic management, digitization of enterprises as well as IT and sales management for over 24 years.

In his professional career, as an expert and very experienced manager, he was involved in many strategic projects aimed at the digital transformation of an organization, designing and implementing corporate strategies, as well as implementation projects in the field of technology. He has conducted them for many clients in Poland and around the world, mainly in the telecommunications, financial and media industries, as well as for companies from the energy and public sectors. He specializes in the implementation of complex strategic projects, advanced data analysis, as well as in enterprise digitization projects.

For the last 10 years he has been professionally associated with Accenture, most recently - in 2017-2020 - he was the managing director, acting as the head of the telecommunications, media and technology market, and supervised the work of the Warsaw Center for Advanced Analytics. Previously, he worked as a partner and experienced manager in other international and Polish consulting companies.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology. He completed numerous specialized courses, including those in the area of strategic management, design and implementation of complex IT systems, IT service management or designing corporate architecture. He was born in 1974.

Mr. Tomasz Grabowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept by the National Court Register. According to the submitted declaration, his business activity is not competitive to the Company, and he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a competitive capital company or a member of any competitive legal entity.

Legal basis: § 5 point 5 in connection with from § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
