    26/2017 Deletion of mortgage to the bank

    Regulatory filing

    In relation to regulatory filings 6/2017 dated May 25th, 2017 and 15/2017 dated September 19th, 2017, Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that the Company was notified by the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów in Warsaw, VII Department of Land and Mortgage Registers, on the deletion of the contractual mortgage established on Agora's perpetual usufruct on the land located in Warsaw, at 8/10 Czerska Street and on Company's ownership right to the building located on that land on October 26th, 2017 for Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. pursuant to the agreement concluded on May 28th, 2014 with the Multipurpose Credit Limit.

    The cancellation of mortgage was made in connection with the repayment in full of all obligations under the Multipurpose Credit Limit plus commission, interest and other receivables to Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

    Legal basis: article 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No. 596/2014 of 16th of April, 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on Market Abuse), and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
