    23/2017 Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Agora S.A.

    Regulatory filing

    Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”, “Agora”) hereby informs that on the 24th of October, 2017 received resignation of Anna Kryńska-Godlewska from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of Agora with effect on the closure of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened for the 8th of November, 2017. One of the points of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is the appointment of Anna Kryńska-Godlewska to the Management Board of Agora.

    Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 point 21. of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of 19th of February, 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
