A new Helios multiplex cinema will be opened in Kalisz on Thursday, 20th of March. It is the 33rd cinema launched by Helios who is the owner of the biggest chain of cinemas in Poland (as far as the number of locations is concerned).
The new multiplex, with 7 halls and 1400 seats is located in Galeria Amber. The cinema complex comprises the highest quality sound equipment, Harkness silver screens, as well as the most advanced DepthQ system of 3D projection which delivers the best quality of image and sound.
During the first week Helios cinema in Kalisz will show the latest Polish and foreign premieres, i.e. "Kamienie na szaniec", "Nauka spadania", Muppety: poza prawem" and "72 godziny". Apart from regular programme Helios cinema in Kalisz will also organize special projects, including Kino Kobiet (Women's Cinema), Nocne Maratony Filmowe (Night Film Marathons), Kino Na Temat (Theme Films) as well as Kino Konesera (Films for Experts) whose ambassador is Tomasz Raczek. For those audiences who will visit the cinema in Kalisz between the 20th and the 23rd of March, Helios has prepared a range of attractions, including a contest.
