Gazeta.pl and Clou - the mobile application of "Gazeta Wyborcza" received awards at this year's Mobile Trends Awards, given to the best projects in the Polish mobile technology industry. The awards ceremony was held on 18th of February, 2016.
Gazeta.pl was awarded in the category "Mobile portal". The mobile version of the portal Gazeta.pl is developed by one of the project teams of Agora Internet segment, coordinated by the product owner Damian Świercz.
Clou won in the category "Application / mobile website - entertainment." An application that allows you to read long selected articles from "Gazeta Wyborcza" is developed by "Gazeta Wyborcza" digital development team, led by Katarzyna Jaklewicz and Jakub Szestowicki.
Mobile Trends Awards are awarded each year by the jury composed of experts from the world of IT and mobile technology invited by the organizers. This year's Mobile Trends Awards were presented for the fifth time, rewarding the best companies and institutions in the industry of mobile technology. Statuettes were given to the winners in 17 categories.
