The Management Board of Agora S.A. ("the Company") informs that the Annual General Meeting of Agora S.A held on June 23, 2016 adopted a resolution on dividend payment.
The amount of PLN 35,749,069.50 was allotted for dividend, i.e. PLN 0.75 per one share.
All shares of the Company, in the number of 47,665,426 are entitled to the dividend. Record date is July 14, 2016, payment date is August 2, 2016.
