    20/2015 Signing of an animator services agreement for the shares of Agora S.A.

    Regulatory filing

    The Management Board of Agora S.A. (the "Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that on September 30th, 2015 the Issuer's Animator Services Agreement ("Agreement") for the Issuer's shares listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange was concluded by and between the Company and Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. with its registered seat in Bielsko Biała ("the Animator").

    According to the Agreement the Animator shall permanently place, on its own behalf purchase and sales orders of the Company's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange according to the rules set by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and according to the rules set in the Agreement.

    The Agreement is for an indefinable period and shall come into force provided that during 14 days from it submission the Management Board of WSE shall not object to the Agreement according to § 88 section 4 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange By-laws.

    Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 of the Polish Act of 25 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and on public companies.
