    02/2014 Information on the selected business segments of the Agora Group

    Regulatory filing

    The Management Board of Agora S.A. ("The Company", "Agora") informs that on March 3rd, 2014, the Company shall hold the meeting with the representatives of press and financial markets dedicated to the Group's results in the fourth quarter of 2013 and its plans in the coming years. During the meeting the Company will present information about its growth directions and aspirations for selected business segments.

    The above mentioned aspirations were defined by EBIT margin and amount to 9-10% for the Cinema segment in 2018, 20% for the Internet segment in 2018, 9% for the Radio segment in 2017, 8-10% for the Outdoor segment in 2017.

    Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 1 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
