    34/2012 Information on exceeding the 5% threshold by a shareholder

    The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the Company), hereby announces that on November 6, 2012 the Company obtained a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" (OFE) and Dobrowolny Funduz Emerytalny PZU (DFE), that as a result of share purchase transactions, executed by Fundusz OFE on Warsaw Stock Exchange on October 26, 2012, the number of shares owned by Fundusz "Złota Jesień" as well as the number of shares controlled by Towarzystwo exceed 5% of votes during a general meeting of shareholders of company.
