Director of Intel Capital responsible for the company's activities in Central and Eastern Europe and in Russia, Middle East and Africa.
He started his professional career in 1990 as a Financial Analyst in the Paribas Capital Markets Group. Since 1990 he worked in Banexi as a specialist responsible for investments in Poland. Between 1995 and 1999 he served as a Deputy President of Poland Growth Fund. Mr. Hejka was the Supervisory Board member of: Bank Komunalny S.A. (1995-1999) and Kredyt Bank S.A. (1997-1999). Between 1998-1999 he held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dromex S.A. Mr. Hejka is an economist. He studied at the University of Gdansk.
