Tomasz Sielicki

Member of the Supervisory Board of, inter alia, Sygnity SA and Budimex S.A. He is a member, among others, of the Management Board of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers LEWIATAN, of Stoch Exchange Court at Warsaw Stock Exchange, of the Council of Junior Achievement Foundation and of the Program Council of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders operating at the Foundation of Leslaw Paga.
He has worked in Sygnity SA (formerly ComputerLand SA) since its formation in 1991. He was the President of the Management Board from 1992 to June 2005. In 2005 he was appointed for two years for the position of the President of the Sygnity Group (formerly ComputerLand Group). He is widely recognized as a creator of the company's success. In 2007 General Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Sygnity SA appointed Tomasz Sielicki for the position of the of Sygnity's Superviosory Board. Sielicki is an investor of enterprises in several branches.
In 1995, Mr. Sielicki was awarded a prestigious INFO-STAR prize. In 1999, he was named the Polish Business Leader - the title was granted by the Business Center Club to ComputerLand company and to him personally. In 1999, The Wall Street Journal placed him on the list of Central Europe's Top 10 Executives. During the World Economic Forum in Davos, in 1999, he was honoured with a prestigious Global Leader for Tomorrow prize, awarded to outstanding personalities from politics and business by the Forum's organizers and the "WorldLink" magazine. In 1997 and 2001, he received an award for the Best Public Company, granted to ComputerLand by "Parkiet" for the rise in the value of shares. In 2005 Tomasz Sielicki as the only Pole was awarded together with 25 personalities with rank "Stars of Europe 2005" of European edition of prestigious "BusinessWeek" magazine. Ranking "Stars of Europe" presented 25 persons from politics, business and fashion, who are "change leaders in united Europe". In April 2006 was awarded with prestigious prize of Polish IT sector given by Polish Chamber of IT and Telecommunications. This prize is given to the persons, who particularly contributed to development of IT and telecommunication market.
Tomasz Sielicki graduated from the Electronics Department of the Warsaw University of Technology.
