How to apply
A. Documents required

If you apply for a job in Agora, you should provide us with a following set of documents:
- your Curriculum Vitae with the following clause attached:
"I hereby give my consent for data processing of my personal data for the recruitment process by Agora SA seated in Warsaw at Czerska 8/10 street (in accord with "Ustawa z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 o ochronie danych osobowych - Dz. U. Nr 133, poz. 883" (Act on Personal Data Protection from 29 August 1997)."
- your cover letter.
Please remember to specify the position or the job offer you are applying for in your cover letter.

B. Recruitment process

1. Documents review

First, your documents are reviewed by an HR specialist or a head of the division who is looking for a new employee.

2. Job interview

Selected candidates are invited for an interview. The first interview is conducted by an HR specialist or a potential supervisor.
All interviewed candidates are informed about the recruitment results in the period of three weeks from the interview date.

3. Further recruitment procedure

Selected candidates are invited for the following interviews.
The interviews can include:
- a conversation with an HR specialist,
- a conversation with a potential supervisor,
- language test,
- journalist tests,
- knowledge tests,
- aptitude test,
- presentations,
- several weeks of apprenticeship.
All interviewed persons are informed about the recruitment results in the period of three weeks from the interview date.

C. Final phase

The final decision is taken by the head of the division who is looking for the new employee. Finally, the candidate is invited for a meeting and is offered an employment contract. The first contract is signed for a probation period of three months. This phase ends up the recruitment process.
