The Management Board of Agora SA, with its registered seat in Warsaw ("The Company") hereby announces that the financial reports timetable for 2009, published in current report no 19/2009 dated March 31, 2009, is hereby changed.
In accordance with the above, the Management Board of Agora hereby announces new financial reports timetable for 2009:
a. 2Q 2009 report - on August 13, 2009;
b. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2009 including the consolidated report prepared in an abridged version - on August 27, 2009;
c. The date of publication of the 3Q 2009 report remains unchanged - November 10, 2009.
