AMS for integration
AMS's activities in the field of social responsibility aim at activating the disabled through sports and professional development. All activities aim at encouraging the disabled to pick up the business challenge and promote active attitudes. In the broader perspective the project aims at changing the way the disabled are perceived, overcome negative stereotypes and show them as ambitious, self - reliant and achieving spectacular successes.

The project entails different initiatives: AMS employs the disabled, organizes exhibitions and contests on integration, promotes and subsidizes fencing competitions, promotes sports classes in integration schools, co-operates with Integration Sports Club IKS Warsaw and the Foundation of Active Rehabilitation.

In June 2007 the program "first job" was launched; it offers the disabled possibilities of career development through vocational training in the company's selected department. The project was awarded in Media Trendy 2006 contest in Social Marketing category. The company was also awarded in the contest Icebreakers 2006 and 2007 promoting companies and persons involved in solving problems of the disabled. In 2008 the Friends of Integration Society awarded AMS with medal for activating the disabled through professional development and sports activities.

AMS employs over 130 (mainly physically) disabled persons. Among the employees there are fencers on wheelchairs who win the highest positions in Paralympics for example in Athens in 2004, in World Championships in Turin in 2006, in European Championships in Warsaw in 2007 and in Pekin in 2008.
