Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 13 November 2008 it informed by way of a current report no. RB 66/2008 that " the Management Board of Agora SA elected Mr. Piotr Niemczycki the President of the Management Board for the post of office ending as of the day of the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approving the Company's financial statements for 2008."

In connection with the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Agora SA which approved the financial statements for 2008 on 23rd June 2009, the Company informs that pursuant to par. 33 section 1 of the Company's statutes, the Management Board of the Company re-elected Mr. Piotr Niemczycki for the function of President of Management Board of Agora with the effect of June 24, 2009.
