Along with global financial crisis and macroeconomic instability, Agora observes some disturbing trends in the newspaper advertising market. According to the estimates based on available data sources, summer decline in the newspaper advertising spending continued in September. This indicates that the trend will continue in the upcoming months. In view of the above, the Company anticipates that in second half of 2008 ad spend in dailies will decline by 3-5% yoy.
