Agora leading company with highest standards of corporate governance

Agora was presented with highest grade - "A" in the corporate governance ranking organized by the Polish Forum for Corporate Governance (PFCG, www.pfcg.org.pl) in cooperation with "Rzeczpospolita".

Agora improved its position since last year's edition when it received an "A minus" grade. Agora is one of the most highly marked companies (grade A was also attained by BPH and Bank Zachodni WBK). The ranking was ran for the third time.

Agora and Kety won in the ranking of companies which practice best corporate governance policies. The voting was attended by 10 fund managers who manage almost 70% of all equity in the Polish capital market.

Agora was also mentioned in PENTOR's ranking as one of the leading companies in categories "general" and "management competence".
