IR awards in the WarsawScan 2005 competition

Agora together with PKN Orlen received the first award for best investor relations in Poland according to the WarsawScan 2005 report prepared for the third time by NBS Public Relations.

Agora was highly praised for the quality of information provided, credibility and transparency.

The company was named one of the "friendliest" companies to the investor community and media. Wanda Rapaczynski President of Agora was commended the most valued manager of the public company.

The IR contents of Agora's corporate site also received high marks.

The purpose of the survey is to evaluate quality of investor relations among top companies traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The methodology of the survey is based on WallStreetScan and CitiScan carried out by Citigate Dewe Rogerson. In Poland the survey was carried by ARC Rynek i Opinia using CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) methodology.

This year's edition covered 47 analysts and asset managers from Polish brokerage houses, mutual and pension funds. The survey covered companies of the WIG20 index and half of the companies listed on MIDWIG index (20 largest companies in terms of transaction volumes).
