Agora awarded for transparency

For the second time in a row, Agora received "Grand Prix Corporate Governance" title. The Polish Institute of Directors grants this title upon the recommendations of institutional investors.

As was the case last year, the representatives of financial institutions evaluated public companies upon the following criteria: transparency of ownership, shareholders meetings, financial transparency, access to the company's information and the effectiveness of the supervisory board , as well as remuneration of the management board.

The experts rated 65 public companies through confidential questionnaires filled by 21 asset management teams who manage a total of PLN 100 bln in assets (83% of all pension funds assets and 67% of that of mutual funds).
